This is very interesting yet heartbreaking to hear. It is not surprising but because America as well really does not deal with this issue, even today, it will always be an epidemic. We have come to the place in society that it has become so out of control, that we appear to not be dealing with this, even here in America. We have to continue to make this a forefront issue because people are dying and its not stopping, folks.
