Ross, who remains on bond, faces maximum statutory sentences of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the wire fraud conspiracy count and five years in prison and a $100,000 fine on the income tax evasion count. Restitution may also be ordered. Sentencing is set for Dec. 3 before U.S. District Judge David C. Godbey.
