Investigators from the Greenville Police on Saturday have arrested 20-year-old Tyrell Deltwon Artis and 22-year-old Shamel Rayvon Allen Brown and they have been charged with murder of Pastor Jim Carr. Both men are being charged with one count each of murder, and one count each of first degree burglary. They are be held without bond pending their first appearance in court this week.
