Jesse Jackson Jr. doesn't seem like he can catch a break. Just when it looked like he was coming back from his depression and stay in the hospital, he's being investigated all over again. NBC Chicago reports the FBI and federal prosecutors in DC are launching a new criminal investigation of Illinois Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. The investigation is involving financial improprieties, including possible misuse of funds monitored by Congress.
