Gateway Tech College Student and Babysitter Arrested for Molesting Children and Videotaping Assaults | AT2W

alexander richter, college student arrested for molesting fellow student's children

A 28 year old college student, Alexander R. Richter is accused of molesting at least six young children and videotaping the assaults under such titles as ‘Monster Unleashed.’ Richter attended Gateway Technical College in Wisconsin and has been jailed on 49 felony charges.
