Last week, gospel artist Richard Smallwood announced that he is starting a foundation in memory of his mother Mabel R. Smallwood. Richard Smallwood shared the news saying, "Starting a foundation in memory of my Mom. More information will be added later as time goes along."The name of the foundation is The Mabel R. Smallwood Foundation.
