R&B Singer Mary J. Blige and Husband Sued for $2.2 Million for Defaulted Loan on Her Charity | AT2W
Singer Mary J. Blige is being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $2.2 million bank loan. According to New York State Supreme Court court documents filed in Manhattan, Signature Bank is seeking to the original loan amount in addition to $58,000 in interest. Grammy award winning Blige, 41 and her husband Martin Isaacs took out the loan in October 2011 and defaulted in July 2012, the suit alleges.
