Sisters, this is a sad case where this courageous mother has accepted deep within her heart her son must be dead. Patrick Alford disappeared from foster care about 3 years ago. We recall this case being shown on America's Most Wanted. In our opinion, she is very strong to accept what may be true. Many black women deal with their missing children...
