Americans United for Separation of Church and State has been warning churches and pastors that they must abide by federal law regarding how they encourage churchgoers on voting. There's one attorney says the 60,000 churches and religious organizations that have received the letter shouldn't be afraid.

ACLU Sues State of Georgia for Not Allowing KKK To Adopt-A-Highway?
Wow! We thought we heard it all but the ACLU can really go out on some deep ends. We hope they begin to learn from this 'for all people and all rights' approach. Unfortunately, such radical moves will end up detrimental in the long run. Just imagine the horror if the State of GA really approved the application of the KKK. We may hear of snipers on the highway, folks acting as though they truly can control who rides it or not. It would be disastrous and negligence of the state to allow it. The group's long history of hate crime and criminal involvement should be enough for anyone to understand.

The American Civil Liberties Union is suing Georgia on behalf of The Clan. The suit was filed late Thursday afternoon in Fulton County Superior Court.

Rev. Jesse Jackson Says: "I Will Perform Gay Marriage If Asked To"
Just recently, it has been reported that Rev. Jesse Jackson would perform a same sex marriage if he was asked to.
