The Los Angeles Coroner's Office have issued their official cause of death and toxicology report on singer Whitney Houston. Many of us know she was a chronic cocaine user over the years and the coroner's office found the drug in her system when she drowned in a Beverly Hilton Hotel bathtub.

Though the cause of death has been listed as "deferred" pending toxicology test reports, the inquiry is apparently nearing completion, and "nothing suspicious" has been turned up regarding Houston's physicians, or any other persons of interest related to the case.
