Wayne County's Prosecutor's Office is working to make a decision towards issuing a warrant by the police in the case of the missing 2 year old Detroit girl Bianca Jones. Bianca Jones went missing Dec. 2. Her father, D’Andre Lane, told police he was carjacked near his home in Detroit and the thief fled with Bianca still in the car. Police found the car 10 minutes later, but the toddler was gone.
