When we see the facts in this case now, we know that we can't make excuses for bad behavior. Oscar Grant did not have a criminal record and was not doing anything wrong. Unfortunately for his cousin Tony Jones, he does have a criminal record and was fleeing from a car while carrying a gun. We can't deny the fact that he was doing wrong. All the protesting and marching can't change that fact that when you are caught doing wrong, you may face more severe consequences at that point.
