The controversial gay affirming Atlanta church, The Vision Cathedral of Atlanta has announced that the pastor and Bishop O.C. Allen AKA Bishop Oliver Clyde Allen, III and his husband First Gentlemen Rashad Burgess, have just adopted a baby girl named 'Caylee LaTanya Burgess-Allen.'
