The wife of a carjacking victim, Vandaleira Jones is asking the men who killed her husband to turn themselves in. Desmond Jones, 21, was returning to his home at the Shadow Ridge apartments after a fast food run early Saturday morning when two suspects shot him and stole his car. The car was a silver 2012 Chrysler 300 rental car, license plate number DS1L815.
